摘 要
Cyberattacks have been growing and impacting industry on weekly or even daily basis. This is becoming a national security challenge. Enterprises and governments have been increasing cybersecurity budget every year to tackle this challenge. However, it is not yet effective in preventing the attacks and protecting critical business assets.
Zero Trust Security is a promising concept to solve this challenge in cybersecurity industry. In recent years, global governments including U.S. and Taiwan are promoting and mandating government agencies and the regulated industries to implement Zero Trust. Other enterprises in the private sectors are also showing high interests for adoption. However, enterprises haven’t found Zero Trust easy to implement. Misleading concepts are also propagating in the market. In this talk, Dr. Lee will clarify the concept of Zero Trust. He will also discuss how to transform the Zero Trust Security from the basic concept to real implementations in enterprise distributed and diversified environments.
